// 01 Dein Spielfeld

  • Aufbau und Betrieb unserer modernen Infrastruktur: Microsoft 365, Entra ID (das frühere Azure Active Directory), Intune und Autopilot (Zero-Touch-Rollout von Geräten), Windows Server, Linux, Virtualisierung und Container
  • Netzwerk planen und betreiben (IP, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls)
  • Wiederkehrendes wegautomatisieren mit PowerShell und Python, statt es 100 Mal von Hand zu klicken
  • IT-Security aktiv mitgestalten: Härtung, Berechtigungen, Data Loss Prevention (Schutz vor Datenabfluss)
  • Telefonie am Laufen halten und ausbauen (3CX, VoIP)

// 02 Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, vergleichbare Ausbildung oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der IT
  • Wissen über Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Netzwerke, Virtualisierung und Container
  • Spaß am Skripten und Automatisieren (PowerShell, Python, n8n)
  • Lust auf Cloud (Microsoft 365, idealerweise Azure, Entra ID, Intune)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch

// 03 Wer wir sind

Wir sind das IT-Team der MARES Shipping GmbH, 1975 in Hamburg gegründet und spezialisiert auf den internationalen Handel mit Schiffsersatzteilen. In der IT sorgen wir nicht nur dafür, dass Geräte und Infrastruktur laufen, wir spüren Engpässe auf und optimieren Prozesse, im Kleinen (Hilfe bei Excel) wie im Großen (neue Plattformen planen und selbst bauen). Wir sind neugierig, experimentieren gern (auch mal außerhalb des Arbeitskontexts) und zeigen uns gegenseitig Tools, Code und Gadgets. Man weiß ja nie, welche Projekte daraus entstehen.
