Job Description:

• Established and productive individual contributor in an engineering field. Administers methods based on proven research for the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team. Applies practical skills of the field to complete tasks. Contributes to scientific projects and processes under minimal supervision.
• Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on area of responsibility within the R&D Software / Systems Engineering team.
• Participates in the development, testing, and deployment of software and documents issues encountered.
• Assists with identifying product design features to support scalability, usability, and better performance.
• Participates in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work delivered by the development team.
• Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
