### Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen technische Lösungskonzepte und betreuen die dafür eingesetzten IT-Systeme mit Schwerpunkt VoIP.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Planung und Umsetzung einer teilkonzernweiten Einführung von netzwerkbasierter Telefonie (VoIP) sowie die Installation der für VoIP-nötigen Netzwerkinfrastruktur an den Diehl-Defence-Standorten und die Konfiguration, Pflege und Optimierung der VoIP-Systeme.
  • Sie übernehmen die Planung und Realisierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz der netzwerkbasierten Telefonie.
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst außerdem die Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Dokumentationen für IT-Mitarbeiter und Anwender.
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der betrieblichen IT-Sicherheitsvorschriften und Revisionsanforderungen runden Ihr Tätigkeitsspektrum ab.

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bildet die ideale Voraussetzung für diese Position.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit.
  • Sie überzeugen uns mit Ihren fundierten Fachkenntnissen in netzwerkbasierter Telefonie (VOIP).
  • Außerdem bringen Sie Erfahrung mit modernen Netzwerkprotokollen mit.
