Mission Générale : Intégré(e) à notre équipe d'Exploitation (DMT), vous assurez la supervision et le bon fonctionnement de nos chaînes de traitements batch. Vous êtes la vigie de notre production : vous garantissez l'acheminement des flux clients et assurez le relai des informations critiques vers les équipes de niveau supérieur en cas de blocage.

Activités Principales :

Exploitation & Ordonnancement (Run) : Superviser au quotidien plus de 350 traitements automatisés via notre outil d'ordonnancement (Opcon).

Maintenance & Scripting : Maintenir et adapter les scripts d'exploitation existants (principalement en Bash ) permettant l'exécution des applicatifs.

Gestion des Incidents (Niveau 1/2) & Escalade : Traiter les alertes système, effectuer le diagnostic de premier niveau, appliquer les procédures de contournement et, surtout, escalader efficacement les incidents complexes vers les équipes de développement (Niveau 3) en leur fournissant un contexte clair et documenté.

Delivery & Transferts de Flux : Garantir l'export et l'acheminement des données via des protocoles de transfert sécurisés (SSH, FTP).

Astreintes (On-call) : Participer à un roulement d'astreintes pour assurer le support de production en dehors des heures ouvrées (incluant les week-ends).

Profil Recherché :

Expérience : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en exploitation informatique, support système (Niveau 1/2) ou pilotage de production.

Technique indispensable : Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement Linux (ligne de commande), maîtrisez impérativement le scripting shell ( Bash ) et possédez de bonnes bases en requêtes SQL (MySQL).

Les "Plus" (totalement optionnels) : Des notions en Python, Docker ou Kubernetes sont de jolis atouts, mais ne sont pas bloquants pour ce poste.

Soft Skills : Rigueur de procédure, excellente communication écrite et orale (savoir synthétiser un problème pour les équipes de dev), et réactivité.

Langues : Anglais technique indispensable.

System Operations Specialist

Core Mission:

As part of our IT Operations Team (DMT), you are the frontline guardian of our batch processing pipelines. You will operate scheduled jobs, ensure data workflows are delivered on time, and act as the crucial communication link between production alerts and higher-level support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestration & Monitoring: Supervise daily operations of 350+ scheduled processes using enterprise job scheduling tools (OpCon).

System Scripting: Maintain and run existing Bash scripts to operate backend processing jobs.

Incident Triage (L1/L2) & Escalation: Monitor alerts, perform initial system diagnostics, apply documented workarounds, and ensure clear, detailed escalation of unresolved issues to L3 Support or Development teams.

Workflow Delivery: Manage system exports and secure file transfers using standard network protocols (SSH, FTP).

Shared On-Call Duties: Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation with other operators to provide production monitoring outside of normal working hours (including weekends).

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT Production Operations, System Administration, or L1/L2 Application Support.

Core Technical Stack: Comfort working in Linux command-line environments, strong shell scripting skills ( Bash is mandatory ), and a solid foundation in SQL (MySQL).

Nice-to-Haves (Optional): Basic knowledge of Python, Docker, or Kubernetes is appreciated but entirely optional.

Soft Skills: Process-driven, excellent communication skills (ability to accurately summarize and report issues to developers), and highly responsive.

Language: Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory.
