Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer internen Bildungseinrichtung- Betreuung der eingesetzten Systeme (z. B.. Moodle) Analyse von Anforderungen und Umsetzung passgenauer IT‑Lösungen
  • Administration der IT-Infrastruktur Technische Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerken und Systemlandschaften
  • Mitarbeit in IT‑Projekten inklusive Dokumentation von Infrastruktur und Prozessen
  • Anwendersupport im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von
  • Anforderungen und der
  • Umsetzung in IT-Lösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (z. B. TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, WLAN)
