Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und analysierst technische Störungen eigenständig.
  • Du findest strukturierte und nachhaltige Lösungen für IT-Probleme.
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und pflegst Hardwarekomponenten, Betriebssysteme und Netzwerke.
  • Du erstellst und dokumentierst Anleitungen, Fehlerbehandlungen und Workarounds.
  • Du bringst dein Wissen in unsere Wissensdatenbank ein und unterstützt so den Wissensaufbau im Team.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder bringst vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung mit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows sowie in Client-Server- und Netzwerkstrukturen.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1).
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
