  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft-Technologien (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Betreuung und Optimierung des CSB ERP-Systems inklusive angebundener Anwendungen und Geschäftsprozesse
  • Planung und Umsetzung moderner Cloud-Lösungen (Azure / Office 365) sowie Hybrid-Szenarien
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (HP / Aruba)
  • Konzeption, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheitslösungen (Sophos Firewall, Endpoint Security)
  • Integration und Betrieb von Schnittstellen sowie Anbindung von Drittsystemen (z. B. EDI)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs durch Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und strukturiertes Patchmanagement
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Weiterentwicklung von IT-Serviceprozessen (ITIL)
  • Unterstützung der Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und ERP-Projekten im Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management, Betriebswirtschaft mit Fokus auf Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (CSB und Datev von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Auftritt gegenüber Partnern und Kunden
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
