  • Durchführung von Diagnosen zur Identifizierung, Aufzeichnung und
  • Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Software-Fehlern Support,
  • Troubleshooting und Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 2nd Level
  • Support Verantwortlich für den Betrieb von Anwendungen aus
  • Serversystemen und Security sowie die Systemadministration Verwaltung
  • von Servern und Anwendungen sowie bestimmen Nutzerkonten,
  • Zugriffsrechte und Verzeichnisdienste Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw.
  • eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der
  • Systemadministration von Vorteil Kenntnisse in den Bereichen TCP/IP,
  • VPN, Layer-2 & Layer-3 Handling und Routing Protokollen wünschenswert
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sehr gute
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift Perspektiven
