  • der Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung moderner IT-Infrastrukturen. Zur
  • Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d),
  • der sowohl im direkten Kundensupport als auch in der Administration
  • von IT-Systemen Verantwortung übernimmt. Es erwartet Sie ein
  • abwechslungsreiches Umfeld mit spannenden Projekten und direktem
  • Kundenkontakt. Aufgaben Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von
  • IT-Systemen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Analyse und Behebung von
  • Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich Durchführung von Wartungs-
  • und Servicearbeiten bei Kunden vor Ort und remote Unterstützung im
  • 1st und 2nd Level Support Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (z. B. Rollouts,
  • Systemeinführungen) Dokumentation von Systemen und Supportfällen
  • Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker
  • Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen, Netzwerken und gängigen
  • IT-Systemen Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise Führerschein
  • Klasse B Mindestens C1-Sprachniveau Deutschkenntnisse Perspektiven
  • Mitarbeit in einem eingespielten Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
