inhabergeführtes Personalberatungshaus aus Bielefeld. Mit unserer
Spezialisierung auf die Bereiche Office, IT, Engineering und
Accounting konzentrieren wir uns auf die Besetzung von qualifizierten
Fach- und Führungskräften und begleiten sowohl Unternehmen als auch
Kandidaten mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Deine Aufgaben
Verwaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden
IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft-Technologien inklusive
Cloud-Diensten und modernem Identitätsmanagement Eigenständige
Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller technischer Probleme im Rahmen des
2nd-Level-Supports sowie Gewährleistung eines stabilen und sicheren
IT-Betriebs Betreuung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten wie
Firewalls, Switches und Routern sowie Umsetzung interner
Sicherheitsvorgaben Planung und Durchführung von IT-Infrastruktur-
und Digitalisierungsprojekten, darunter die Einführung neuer
Technologien sowie die Steuerung externer Dienstleister Erstellung und
Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der
Optimierung der IT-Systemlandschaft Dein Profil Abgeschlossene
Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein Studium der Informatik oder
Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von
Microsoft-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt auf Server- und
Netzwerkbetrieb sowie IT-Sicherheit Fundierte Kenntnisse in
Microsoft-Cloud-Diensten, Identitätsmanagement,
Collaboration-Plattformen und zugehörigen Sicherheitslösungen
Erfahrung mit Netzwerksicherheitsarchitekturen und modernen Konzepten
wie Zero Trust sowie softwaredefiniertem Netzwerkmanagement
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einer hohen Serviceorientierung Deine
