Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung an unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d) für die Administration von Connext Vivendi für den Standort Geldern.

AUFGABEN

  • Technische Anwendungsbetreuung der Anwendung Connext Vivendi
  • Beratung und Problemlösung bei Anfragen rund um Connext Vivendi Produkte
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Kundenschulungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration und Konfiguration der Vivendi-Umgebung
  • Support für Anwenderfragen und Störungsfälle

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. IT-Kaufmann/-kauffrau, Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), etc.) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Connext Vivendi und den zugehörigen Produkten
  • Erfahrung in der Anwenderberatung, Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung
  • Moderationsfähigkeiten, z.B. in Schulungen oder Workshops
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld der Sozialwirtschaft
