  • Telekommunikationsanlagen planen/installieren/konfigurieren/betreuen
  • Verwaltung und Konfiguration der mobilen Endgeräte (MDM-Software) und
  • planen/implementieren/überwachen von VoIP- und
  • Video-kommunikationssystemen Problemanalyse/-diagnose Telefon und
  • Begleitung der Collaborations-Lösung (WebEx) User-Schulungen für
  • WebEx und VoIP sowie Verantwortung über die VoIP-Endgeräte
  • (Beschaffung, Konfiguration, Bereitstellung, Lifecycle, Geräteersatz)
  • Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder
  • vergleichbares Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration im
  • Cisco-Umfeld und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Mobile Device Management/
  • Collaboration Umfeld (Zertifizierungen vorteilhaft) mit Cisco WebEx
  • Sehr gute TCP/IP und Netzwerktechnik-Kenntnisse Moderate
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5 Tage pro Quartal) Fließend Deutsch und sehr
