  • Erhebung und Zusammenführung von Bedürfnissen aller beteiligten Stakeholder
  • Erfassung, Analyse und Spezifikation technischer Anforderungen sowie Dekomposition von Anforderungen und Aufrechterhaltung der Konsistenz über alle Betrachtungsebenen hinweg
  • Änderungsmanagement von Anforderungen sowie Kontrolle der Anforderungserfüllung und Begleitung der Nachweisführung
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Design-Reviews
  • Befähigung und Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Umsetzung des strukturierten Entwicklungsprozesses (V-Modell) durch Vorgaben, Trainingsmaterialien, Beratung sowie Erstellung von Reports
  • Kommunikation und technische Abstimmungen mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium, vorzugsweise ein Ingenieurstudium der Elektrotechnik, des Maschinenbaus oder der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Management, Verifikationsmanagement oder Systems Engineering sowie praktische Erfahrung in komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsstandards der Luftfahrt oder Munition
  • Kenntnisse der werkzeuggestützten Anforderungsanalyse, idealerweise Jama Connect
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
