Systemische Kitabegleitung (m/w/d) mit 39 Wochenstunden 

Für unsere Kita Leuchtturm in Bremen-Gröpelingen suchen wir ab sofort eine Sozialpädagogische Assistenz (oder vergleichbar) für die inklusive und präventive Förderung von Kindern, bei denen sich besondere Bedarfe andeuten.

Zu den Aufgaben zählen die Hilfestellung bei der Bewältigung des Kitaalltags, die Unterstützung bei der emotional-sozialen Entwicklung und die Anleitung in Konfliktsituationen.

Wir wünschen uns daher hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Grundlagenwissen zu Förderbedarfen und Inklusion.

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf drei Jahre.
