Provide functional leadership to the system project team through planning meetings, reviews, decision facilitation, coaching of functional owners, and continuous improvement of effective engineering processes.

Represent Systems Engineering status in customer reviews, scope and release reviews, Change Control Boards (CCBs), and technical project and milestone decisions.

Promote team-oriented collaboration and provide technical support in selecting optimal solutions.
