DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du übernimmst den 1st- und 2nd-Level Support und die dazugehörige Priorisierung der technischen Störungen sowie deren Dokumentation in unserem Ticketsystem
  • Du unterstützt, unter Sicherstellung der SLA's, herausfordernde Problemstellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kompetenzteams
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst Projekte im Bereich Networking (LAN, WLAN, Routing, Switching und Firewalls)
  • Die Implementierung von Projekten unserer Kundschaft, im jeweiligen Aufgabengebiet, gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Tätigkeiten
  • Du konfigurierst und installierst Server sowie Storage von führenden herstellenden Unternehmen, wie Dell oder HPE

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder Vergleichbares
  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des technischen Supports
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Server- und Clientbetriebssysteme Microsoft sowie Exchange
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Active Directory, VMware und HyperV sowie Backup Veeam mit
  • Deine kommunikative Art und dein ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke runden dein Profil ab
