DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung gemeinschaftlich im Team für den Betrieb, die Administration und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung moderner Virtualisierungsplattformen (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) im Rahmen der Großkundenbetreuung
  • Dabei stellst du den Betrieb durch die Betreuung und Optimierung von Clustern und Hosts sowie Einsatz von Automatisierung sicher
  • Planung und Durchführung von Patch-, Update- und Upgrade-Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Deine Analytische Vorgehensweise und Lösungsorientierung kommt hierbei zugute - Nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support einschließlich Performance- und Kapazitätsoptimierung
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Modernisierung, Migration und Erweiterung von Virtualisierungs- und Rechenzentrumsumgebungen einschließlich Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Standards

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. VMware vSphere, Hyper-V oder Proxmox VE) sowie gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Netzwerk- und Storage-Grundlagen
  • Erfahrung mit Patch-Management, Backup- und Restore-Verfahren sowie Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen
  • Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise verbunden mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude daran, das eigene Know-how durch Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen kontinuierlich auszubauen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
