About the role

• •Serve as an assistant on projects under the guidance and mentorship of Carrier Product Engineers
• •Work closely with and present updates to cross-functional internal customers including Manufacturing, Service, Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, Product Management, Legal and Safety, as well as Aftermarket
• •Conduct technical reviews with key experts and prepare final presentations of solutions to key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• •Pull together all key project information including, but not limited to, CAD files, drawings, specifications, application, costs, annual volumes, models used, etc.
• •Evaluate the current and historical state of product designs
• •Review all relevant information to formulate potential solutions for Safety, Quality, Cost Reduction, Service or Aftermarket, Manufacturing improvement, or customer Special Requests

Basic Qualifications

• •Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• •Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher
• •Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• •Prior internship experience preferred
• •Basic knowledge of Refrigeration principles and Mechanical systems
• •Demonstrated ability to deliver projects/tasks on schedule
• •Practical application of textbook knowledge required
• •Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
• •Energetic team player with proven self-motivation skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
