Your role

As a Systems Expert - Consolidation & Compliance Platforms, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing finance systems supporting group consolidation, statutory reporting, and financial close activities. Working closely with Finance and Technology teams, you will ensure data integrity, system reliability, and the continuous improvement of reporting and master data management processes.

Your tasks

  • Administer and support IBM Cognos, Longview, Kalido, and related consolidation platforms.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation cycles.
  • Manage reporting hierarchies, finance master data, and organizational structures.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting data.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis of reporting issues.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for finance and reporting system users.
  • Drive system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.

Your profile

  • 8+ years of experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, R2R, or finance systems environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial close, group consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with consolidation and finance reporting platforms, ideally IBM Cognos, Longview, and/or Kalido.
  • Experience managing finance master data, reporting hierarchies, and change control processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality controls, and reporting environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering system enhancements, automation, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Finance, Technology, and external partners.
