YOUR ROLE

• •Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• •Establish, coordinate, and monitor the Requirements Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Support Engineering Teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, baselining, verification, and validation.
• •Perform requirements quality reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, and testability.
• •Manage requirements changes and support impact assessments in coordination with Configuration Management.
• •Monitor requirements compliance and verification evidence, perform audits, and report Requirements Management KPIs.
• •Coordinate requirements-related activities with customers, suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and other project stakeholders.
• •Support the administration and maintenance of Requirements Management tools and repositories.
• •Identify technical risks and opportunities, support mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with applicable project and quality processes.
• •Capture and capitalize on Lessons Learned to promote continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• •University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• •Proven experience in Requirements Management and its application within engineering or complex project environments.
• •Experience in Quality Management processes, compliance activities, requirements traceability, and verification and validation.
• •Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes is an advantage.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
• •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• •Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• •Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• •Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
