  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Management von System- und Produktanforderungen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Test und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Bewertung von Anforderungen hinsichtlich Umsetzbarkeit, Konsistenz und Verifizierbarkeit
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Spezifikationen sowie Sicherstellung der Traceability
  • Moderation von Abstimmungen und Priorisierung von Anforderungen
  • Begleitung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus inklusive Änderungsmanagement
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Requirements-Prozessen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Systems Engineering oder Requirements Engineering
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Methoden und Tools des Anforderungsmanagements
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen technischen Systemen und interdisziplinären Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
