Wir suchen für unseren namenhaften Kunden in Frankfurt am Main, welcher als global Player im Profisport bekannt ist, einen IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d) mit fundiertem Wissen im M365-Bereich. Es erwartet Dich ein hochmodernes Arbeitsumfeld sowie eine zeitgemäße Toollandschaft.

Aufgabenfeld

  • Troubleshooting (2nd & 3rd Level) von technischen Service- & Supportanfragen bei unserem Kunden vor Ort für onPremise und Cloud Umgebungen
  • Bearbeitung von Problemen, Change-Requests und Incident Anfragen
  • Unterstützung im täglichen Betrieb
  • direkter und kontinierlicher Telefon- und Email-Kontakt
  • selbstständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen

Qualifikationen

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • ITIL v3 Foundation oder höher von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen (Clients/Server)
  • Erfahrung im Messaging Umfeld (Exchange onPrem/Online), M365, speziell Sharepoint sowie MS Defender, Intune und Teams
  • Selbstständigkeit, kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln, sowie Organisationstalent
  • sichere Kommunikation und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerk, Clients und Virtualisierung
  • Microsoft (M365/ Azure / Exchange/ Sharepoint/…) Zertifizierungen erhöhen Deine Chancen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Firewalls
