Aufgabenbeschreibung

Sie unterstützen die Projektierungsabteilung in der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung unserer medientechnischen Projekte und übernehmen nach der Einarbeitung selbstständig Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Service und Support. Sie arbeiten dabei im Team und stehen im direkten Kundenkontakt.

Arbeitsort:

Hamburg ( Hoheluftchaussee )

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von medientechnischen Anlagen und digital Signage Systemen am Standort Hamburg und bei unseren Kunden
  • Wartung, Fehleranalyse, Service und Support an bestehenden Systemen
  • Beratung und Schulung von Kunden in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Projektleitung

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Elektro/IT-Bereich oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Audio- und Video-Technik, der gängigen Signale und Formate
  • Fundiertes Kenntnisse der Informations- und Netzwerktechnik
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft
