  • Ihre Aufgaben:

Aufbau und Verwaltung von Telekommunikationstechnik/Telefonanlagen

Technische Einrichtung von Festnetz- & Internetanschlüssen

Helpdesk für Kundenthemen im Bereich Telekommunikation

  • Kundenbetreuung + Technischer Support
  • Kundenschulungen (auch vor Ort)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Technisches Interesse und Grundwissen im Bereich Telekommunikation
  • Basiswissen im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen, Apps, Telefonen und IT-Technik
  • Zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise bei ausgeprägter Leistungsbereitschaft sowie gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten, Kundenorientierung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikationstechnik wäre vorteilhaft
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein
  • Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Fachkenntnis
