Position Summary:

If you are experienced, or wanting to learn to become a top Dealer and "Blow the Guest Away" with your table games experience and outstanding guest service we have the following available:

Free, unpaid training school.

Various shifts available for training.

Swing or Grave shift available, after graduation.

Base Hourly Rate, Plus Tips

Job Duties:

Promote superior guest service.

Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

Deal various Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Novelties.

Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of casino security processes and Title 31.
