My name is Staffan Sundqvist , and I lead the Hybrid & Cloud business area within Managed Services at Telia Cygate. Together with an experienced team of specialists, we develop services that help organizations navigate an increasingly complex IT landscape. What you will do

As a Tactical Portfolio Manager, you will play a central role in developing and managing our Hybrid & Cloud portfolio. Working closely with Service Owners and other Portfolio Managers, you will ensure that our existing services continue to deliver value while identifying opportunities for further development and innovation.

This role combines strategic thinking, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to influence business direction and create real impact within one of today’s most important technology areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Driving the continuous development and optimization of the Hybrid & Cloud portfolio.
• •Maximizing the return on portfolio investments and, together with Service Owners, ensuring long-term profitability.
• •Supporting sales teams and solution specialists by communicating portfolio strategy, customer value, and service differentiation.
• •Participating in selected customer engagements and supporting strategic business opportunities.
• •Building strong partnerships across sales, delivery, marketing, and product organizations.
• •Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, trends, and outcomes.
• •Collaborating with vendors and technology partners on market analysis, customer events, and go-to-market initiatives.
• •Leading and qualifying new service development initiatives, including building business cases and securing stakeholder alignment.
• •Partnering with procurement teams to evaluate and select new technologies.
• •Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Hybrid & Cloud portfolio.

We are looking for someone with experience in portfolio management, service portfolio governance, service development, or product and service strategy, ideally within technology-driven organizations.
