  • Das erwartet Sie:
  • o Schleifen, stanzen und schweißen an diversen Produktionsmaschinen
  • o Selbstständige Beseitigung von Anlagenstörungen und Optimierung der Anlagenabläufe
  • o Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von regelmäßigen Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werksleitung
  • o Identifikation und Meldung von Störungsquellen im Produktionsprozess sowie Einleitung entsprechender Beseitigungsmaßnahmen
  • o Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Arbeitsmitteln für die mechanische Instandhaltung
  • o Tagschicht: Mo.-Do. von 07:00 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr und Fr. von 07:00 Uhr bis 14:15 Uhr
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • o Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Schlosser (m/w/div.) oder gerne auch vergleichbarer Ausbildung (Erfahrung und Lernbereitschaft ist maßgebend)
  • o Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Aufgabengebiet
  • o Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Präzision, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Darauf können Sie bauen:
  • o kleines und familiäres Team
  • o Dauerhafter Einsatz, langfristige Perspektive, unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • o Eine persönlich geprägte Unternehmenskultur (flache Hierarchie, kurze Entscheidungswege)
