At milk + honey , our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who loves connecting with people, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in finding the right talent.

This isn't a role where you'll simply post jobs and wait for applications. We want someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and knows how to turn recruiting challenges into results.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned spa and salon locations, from sourcing and interviewing through offers and hiring.
  • Build trusted partnerships with location leaders to understand staffing needs, influence hiring decisions, and drive results.
  • Proactively source talent and develop pipelines for ongoing and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Build relationships with beauty and wellness schools, coordinate hiring events, and represent milk + honey in the community.
  • Use recruiting data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and strengthen hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-through.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , preferably in a multi-location or high-volume environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates beyond incoming applications.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting performance metrics.
  • Multi-state recruiting experience is a plus, particularly familiarity with varying employment laws and hiring requirements.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries is also a plus. Occasional travel for recruiting events and location visits is required.
