• Role Responsibilities
• Perform & manage end to end candidate lifecycle process for Haleon APAC which includes:

• •Support in Campus Recruitment & Management Trainee Programme Coordination
• •Initiate, Audit & Report on Employment Background check verification (External Vendor)
• •Initiate, Audit & Report on Pre Medical Checkup (External Vendor)
• •Employment Agreement review and compliance check
• •Initiate and manage pre- onboarding documents & activity
• •Manage Candidate onboarding activities
• •Perform Workday transactions & Operations for Job Requisition
• •Perform Workday transactions & Operations for on Manage Hire
• •Coordinate & perform local statutory operations (Benefits, Payroll and PS-Tier1)
• •Manage processing of other one-time payroll process (Referral Pay, Sign on Bonus payout)
• •New Hire Documentation
• •Responsible for all Vendor & PO management for recruitment services including TPRM
• Yearly local Audit & Compliance support
• •Adhoc Global TA Coordination Task

Basic Qualifications:

• •Min 1 year of work experience in recruitment or HR Operations
• •Prior experience with Workday, Eightfold are added advantage
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• •Skilled at responding to complex inquiries
• •Ability to utilize proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately
• •Ability to use discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels
• •Experience in a high volume and fast paced recruitment environment
• •Well organized, able to prioritize work, and manage competing priorities
• •Demonstrates attention to detail
