The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• •Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• •Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
• •Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• •Preferred experience in retail hiring is advantageous.

Qualifications & Skills:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Familiarity with recruitment processes; retail hiring experience is a plus.
• •Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
• •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
