Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

• •Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, ensuring high-quality delivery against business talent pipeline needs and KPIs.
• •Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools and digital solutions to identify top talent and optimize daily recruitment efficiency.
• •Act as the primary consultant for hiring managers and HR partners, providing expert guidance on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and cost estimates.
• •Conduct screening and interviews; formulate well-balanced offer proposals and lead complex negotiations to ensure successful onboarding.
• •Coach managers on compliant ATS usage and interview methodologies; maintain high data integrity and recruitment governance.
• •Proactively identify service delivery gaps and lead corrective actions or projects to improve TA excellence and throughput.
• •Other duties and project work as required

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related disciplines.
• •Minimum 8 years of TA experience, with a proven track record in high-level sourcing and end-to-end process management.
• •Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).

• •Ability to balance a "hands-on" result-driven approach with customer-centricity and an "outside-in" market view.
• •Strong managerial presence with the ability to navigate, influence, and simplify complex tasks across a matrix organization.
• •Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and recruitment technologies to drive productivity.
