As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our LATAM team, partnering closely with both Roche Pharma and Roche Diagnostics in an empowered, self-organized environment. Working across borders, this model not only enhances our ability to deliver exceptional service to our business partners, but also drives the personal growth and development of our people—enabling our experts to leverage the very best of our diverse talent.
About the opportunity:
- Drive the end-to-end global standardized recruiting process while providing customized talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and expert candidate selection and offer negotiation.
- Act as a professional consultant and strategic partner to global teams for comprehensive talent acquisition needs, including proactive sourcing and hiring.
- Demonstrate leadership by partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams.
- Lead cross-regional recruitment initiatives and manage complex transformation projects across the LATAM region, interpreting regional business challenges to recommend best practices that elevate our ability to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Rewards, People Services, Business Partnering, and People Relations to execute global recruitment strategies.
- Empower and coach team members to drive organizational growth, proficiently mentoring individuals and global teams within the recruiting function.
- Proactively develop talent pipelines using advanced applicant tracking and sourcing tools, while staying at the forefront of global recruitment trends.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory).
- 6+ years of experience leading strategic end-to-end recruitment within complex global corporate environments, with deep expertise in progressive sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, networking, and diversity recruiting) and a proven track record in proactive talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated recruiting experience within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Consumer Goods, or Consumer Health sectors is required.
- Demonstrated end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a regional LATAM structure, operating across highly complex, globalized matrix environments with proven expertise in senior stakeholder management.
- Technical proficiency in ATS systems, with a preference for Workday and Phenom, alongside offer process and systems management.
- Agile mindset with the flexibility to adapt, move, and support different functions/capabilities as needed within a matrix environment.
Location: São Paulo – Hybrid model.
