Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist supports the systems, processes, programs, and employer brand initiatives that enable an efficient and scalable Talent Acquisition function. This role partners strategically with recruiters, hiring leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, technology adoption, process improvement, and operational excellence across the hiring lifecycle.
The Specialist manages recruiting technology partnerships and supports recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, interview enablement, sourcing strategies, and university recruiting. The role also leads implementation and optimization projects, develops and delivers training, provides day-to-day operational support, and safeguards data and process integrity across Talent Acquisition.
Through project management, systems expertise, program administration, and continuous improvement, this role enhances recruiter effectiveness, improves the candidate experience, and supports the organization's overall hiring strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Talent Acquisition Technology and Vendor Partnerships
- Serve as the operational lead for Talent Acquisition systems and vendor relationships, including platforms such as Phenom and other recruiting technologies.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize functionality, implement enhancements, and drive technology adoption. Including but not limited to Workday , Phenom, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Digital Network and Job Aggregators, Search Engine Marketing, and AI.
- Monitor system performance, identify process improvements, and ensure technology solutions effectively support recruiting objectives.
Lead Recruiting Programs and Strategic Initiatives
- Coordinate, administer, and enhance recruiting programs including employer branding initiatives, employee referral programs, interview enablement, sourcing programs, university recruiting, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Lead project planning, implementation, communication, and change management activities to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate content updates, suggestions on candidate experience improvements, and communicate updates to the TA team.
Drive Training, Enablement, and Operational Support
- Develop and deliver training, resources, and communications related to recruiting systems, tools, and processes.
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders.
- Promote best practices, facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies, and serve as a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition operations.
Advance Process Improvement, Analytics, and Operational Excellence
- Evaluate recruiting workflows, identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency, and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency and service delivery.
- Maintain data integrity across recruiting systems, support reporting and analytics, and monitor operational performance.
- Provide recommendations that enhance recruiting effectiveness and support organizational hiring goals.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Professional certifications related to Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Human Resources, Change Management, or HR Technology, such as AIRS, SHRM, HRCI, PMP, or Prosci.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Project Coordination, HR Technology, or a related business function.
- Experience supporting recruiting processes, programs, systems, or operational initiatives.
- Experience coordinating projects, implementing process improvements, or supporting cross-functional business initiatives.
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or program management.
- Experience administering or supporting applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, sourcing tools, or interview technologies.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting technology implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
- Experience developing and delivering training, documentation, or enablement resources.
The starting pay range for this position is $70, 304 - $92,600 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
