What You'll Do

As a trusted recruiting partner, you will:

• •Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions.
• •Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• •Source, attract, and engage top talent through networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• •Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• •Provide market intelligence and talent insights to help business leaders make informed hiring decisions.
• •Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• •Represent Teledyne Brown Engineering at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• •Promote our employer brand and showcase why Teledyne is a great place to build a career.

What We're Looking For

• •Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
• •Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment.
• •Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting capabilities.
• •A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results.
• •Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• •Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years relevant experience
