Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m)

About The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support recruitment activities across Poland and the EMEA region , partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.

What You Will Do:

• •Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• •Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• •Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.
• •Partner with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process
• •Work closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.

What You Will Need:

• •Experience in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.
• •Understanding of candidate screening and selection based on job requirements, skills, and experience.
• •Experience in conducting interviews and supporting candidate assessment.
• •Understanding of employer branding and how to positively represent the company and its culture to candidates.
• •Experience in supporting different stages of the recruitment life cycle, in partnership with TA Partners, from sourcing through onboarding.
• •Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and how data can be used to improve recruitment processes.
• •Good relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with TA Partners and candidates.
• •Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates, TA Partners, and other stakeholders.
• •Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
• •Familiarity with recruitment software and tools used to support the recruitment process.
• •Professional working proficiency in Polish and English.

Would be an advantage:

Knowledge of German or Bulgarian.
