As a Selection Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full lifecycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations. Role & responsibilities: Partner with the business to understand hiring needs and find the right talent. Own the hiring journey, from first contact to offer. Shape local hiring solutions that reflect business and compliance needs. Build talent pipelines through smart and creative sourcing. Turn local expertise into better hiring experiences. Connect hiring with onboarding to create a smooth candidate-to-employee journey. Fluency in English (spoken and written). At least 1 year of experience working on end to end hiring process and managing high volumes as a Recruiter. Experience recruiting for technical roles and using various sourcing techniques. Effective Multitasking Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains exceptional organization, meets deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative Communicator: Excellently collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication. Data Analysis Skills: Experience working with data to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies. Fluency in Portugues (spoken and written).
