Working closely with hiring managers, business leaders, universities and students, you'll play a critical role in ensuring KBR attracts high-calibre emerging talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

No two days will be the same. From attending university events and developing attraction campaigns to screening applications and coordinating interviews, you'll be at the centre of KBR's early careers strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student associations and external partners.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track recruitment outcomes and identify opportunities to continuously improve early careers programs and processes.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract talent from a broad range of backgrounds.

We're open to applications from candidates with some talent acquisition experience. We care most about the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your work, your team-oriented approach and your willingness to learn.

You'll also bring:

  • Knowledge of delivering talent acquisition projects focused on sourcing and screening candidates from diverse talent pools.
