About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team provides comprehensive support to SEB’s managers, ensuring the right talent is hired through a quality, unbiased recruitment process and the best candidate experience. In this role , you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment within our area, partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues. Alongside delivering a positive candidate experience, you will advise on recruitment needs and improve how we attract, assess and hire talent.
