Serve as the primary administrator and program owner for the learning management system, overseeing course configuration, assignments, enrollment rules, reporting, user support, data integrity, content governance, review cycles, archiving, and the overall learner experience.
Establish and monitor learning success measures, including participation, completion, learner feedback, knowledge application, etc. and use data, business feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact.
