Talent sales Recruiter - Hyderabad (Always Hiring)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing talent consultants (all visas, and US Citizens) and must be well-versed in H1B transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Market and place Talent consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and prime vendors.
• •Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
• •Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively.
• •Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
• •Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews.
• •Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

• •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Sales.
• •Must have experience with H1B transfer candidates .
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• •Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorization types.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
