  • Was dich erwartet
  • Als Stellvertreter:in der Stationsleitung unterstützt du das Team und die Leitung im täglichen Betrieb und übernimmst Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe. Du wirkst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, unterstützt administrativ und organisatorisch und vertrittst die Stationsleitung bei deren Abwesenheit:
  • Operative Führung des Teams
  • Erstellung des Dienstplans
  • Reibungsloser Ablauf des Betriebs
  • Zuständigkeit für Bestellwesen, Warenwirtschaft und Lagerverwaltung
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards
  • Womit du begeistert
  • Servicementalität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen
  • Teamfähigkeit und erste Führungsqualitäten
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutsch- und PC-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
