Overall Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain local and surrounding clients in Qingdao.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and secure contracts through methods such as phone calls, in-person visits, and online channels.

Conduct regular follow-ups, resolve transportation anomalies, and enhance customer conversion.

Be responsible for collecting accounts receivable and controlling the risk of bad debts.

Assist station head in conducting local market research and analysis, submit professional sales reports, and complete all tasks assigned by the leadership.

Essential Job Qualifications:

Education/Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Fluent in English.

Proficient in using Office software.

Knowledge/ Work Experience:

Experience in the freight forwarding industry is required; sales experience is preferred, and experience in international air and sea freight forwarding is a plus.

Ability to independently develop and maintain clients.

Key Behavioral Competencies:

Positive, optimistic, hard-working, and with a sense of teamwork.
