Summary

As a Tax Administrative , you will assist the Tax team with various tasks, including drafting forms and letters, coordinating calendars, taking phone calls, sending emails, preparing for meetings, and capturing notes.

Main Responsibilities

Draft and complete federal and state tax forms and letters

File annual reports and e-file returns and extensions

Handle incoming and outgoing tax mail

Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents and request signatures

Confirm e-file submissions and maintain IRS confirmations

Assist with property tax tasks

Provide general administrative support and manage mail/packages

Help coordinate calendars and prepare for meetings

Focus on building strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or near completion in Accounting or a related field

Experience in tax administration is a plus

Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work Full time
