Job Description:

Details of the Division and Team:

Our cybersecurity engineering team develops and supports platforms that enable Threat Hunting, Data Forensics and Malware Analysis. As an Associate Security Engineer based in Singapore, you will help strengthen internal technical expertise across an expanding application portfolio, including GTI, SafeBreach and BloodHound. Working alongside senior engineers, architects and operations colleagues, you will contribute to platform integration, automation, technical remediation and operational readiness. You will support the design and implementation of an end-to-end Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) architecture leveraging APM and BAS capabilities to enable continuous threat exposure management, while helping prepare for future forensic and AI SOC capabilities.

What we will offer you:

A healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce is better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.

You can expect:

  • Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation services
  • Comprehensive leave benefits
  • Gender Neutral Parental Leave
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • 21 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday
  • A culture of continuous learning to aid progression

Your key responsibilities:

  • Configure, integrate and maintain security platforms supporting Threat Hunting, Data Forensics and Malware Analysis, investigating technical issues and delivering agreed improvements.
  • Contribute to CAASM architecture and implementation under senior guidance, connecting APM and BAS capabilities to improve asset visibility and continuous threat exposure management.
  • Develop approved integrations and automation, and support testing, upgrades and technical remediation across GTI, SafeBreach, BloodHound and other assigned applications.
  • Help prepare future forensic and AI SOC capabilities through onboarding, controlled testing and operational readiness activities.
  • Maintain documentation and runbooks, share knowledge and collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations and vendors to support sustainable internal ownership.
  • Apply the Bank’s security, change management and data handling requirements, escalating risks and dependencies promptly.

Your skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience in security engineering, systems engineering or cybersecurity platform support, with practical configuration, troubleshooting and integration skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking and access controls, plus scripting or automation experience using Python, PowerShell or comparable tools.
  • Understanding of threat hunting, digital forensics or malware analysis workflows, with exposure to at least one relevant platform; familiarity with CAASM, APM or BAS.
  • Experience with APIs and data integrations; exposure to GTI, SafeBreach, BloodHound, FTK or comparable tools, rather than expertise in every product.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Clear communication in English, analytical problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate, document technical work and learn new platforms.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
