• Your mission
• •Support daily team organization, work allocation, task assignment, attendance follow-up, and employee coordination.
• •Coordinate coding orders based on workload, priorities, and available resources to support timely completion.
• •Follow up on production progress, work efficiency, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and established standards.
• •Support the onboarding and ongoing training of team members to help maintain team performance and work quality.
• •Identify and communicate operational issues and exceptions, and support their resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
• •Support continuous improvements in work allocation, efficiency, quality, and internal business processes.
• •Provide regular updates on team performance, operational progress, staffing needs, major issues, and potential risks to the department manager.

• Your profile
• •Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •High sense of responsibility and strong execution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• •Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• •Basic people management and team development capabilities.
• •Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to use as a working language.
• •Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.
• •Engineering background preferred; experience in production, manufacturing, processing, operations, or related fields is an advantage.
• •Willingness and potential to develop towards a future Team Leader role .
