Shift: 1st shift Oil & Gas

Hourly Wage: $27.00-30.00

Shift Premium: 15% for 2nd shift, 20% for 3rd shift

Job Summary: Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties Team Lead

• •Be a technical resource for operators.
• •Train and develop less experienced operators with the help of the Value Stream Manager (VSM.
• •Complete work order paperwork and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• •Operate machines like saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers, and more.
• •Conduct in-process inspections according to standard procedures.

Requirements

Required

• •A technical degree and 2+ years of experience preferred, or a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• •Intermediate math skills & aptitude.
• •Excellent problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to understand drawing and blueprints.
• •Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and effectively.
• •Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing industry

Work Environment Team Lead

• •This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
• •Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• •The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
• •Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
