Team Lead, Global Procurement

The role leads Global Procurement operations, overseeing indirect procurement, sourcing, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and service delivery across supported markets. What You Will Do ​

• •You will lead daily procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• •You will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• •You will monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve operational effectiveness.
• •You will coach and develop team members while supporting resource planning and capability building.
• •You will partner across procurement teams and suppliers to drive compliance and achieve business objectives.
• •You will lead continuous improvement efforts and implement innovative procurement solutions.

What We’re Looking for

• •You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• •You bring at least 18 months of procurement experience, including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
• •You have proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• •You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •You have knowledge of procurement systems, international trade, logistics, and Incoterms.
• •You can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• •You ideally have experience in multinational or international procurement operations and shared services.
• •You are flexible and willing to work varying schedules when required.
