Anstellung als Team Lead Warehouse (m/w/d) Teamleiter Lager (m/w/d)
Deine Tätigkeiten Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Steuerung
der Bereiche Inbound, Pick & Pack und Outbound Führung,
Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung
eines reibungslosen Materialflusses und termingerechter
Auftragsabwicklung Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung unter Einhaltung
von Qualitäts- und SLA-Vorgaben Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie
Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit
internen Schnittstellen und professionelle Kundenkommunikation Dein
Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise mit
Führungsverantwortung Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lagerprozessen
(Inbound, Pick & Pack, Outbound) sowie sicherer Umgang mit WMS und
IT-Tools Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung Kenntnisse
in Lean Management, 5S oder vergleichbaren Optimierungsmethoden von
Vorteil Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche
Arbeitsweise Durchsetzungsstarke, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit
ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskompetenz Unser Angebot
