Job Description Summary

• -Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations
• -Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's. -Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value.
• -Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects.
• -Provide analytics support to Sandoz internal customers

Job Description

Position Purpose:

The team facilitates effective sales execution and Field Force resource allocation decision making by supporting Business Units / Commercial Excellence teams across the globe, through delivery of proven analytics driven projects and assignments.

The purpose of the Team Lead role is to lead team of people & project delivery, stakeholder relationship management, support and drive local resource decision-making, track customer feedback, and resolve issues, all in partnership with local support functions. Additionally, the Team Lead will provide role-model leadership and management support to the broader team responsible to produce all Sandoz Field Force Effectiveness projects (Global, Regional & Country) as needed.

Your Key responsbilities:

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• •Leading and delivering consulting projects for customers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives in the following areas:
• •Commercial strategy design
• •Field Force sizing and structure (sales force, access, medical teams)
• •Optimal resource deployment, leveraging analytical tools & algorithms.
• •Segmentation, Targeting and Call Plan design.
• •Ad-hoc projects based on local business challenges identified through assessments and / or benchmarking.

• •Leading team of people and managing their developmental aspirations and performance in line with organizational policies and guidelines.
• •Ensuring delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
• •Promotes synergy and best practice sharing among team members.
• •Ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events
• •Support in creating and maintaining process flows and quality checklists that will enable excellent quality deliverables within the function.
• •Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc.
• •Lead on-boarding of new associates within the organization.
• •Conduct and contribute to various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function.
• •Support operational governance with organizational regional and country leadership.
• •Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements.

What you will bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• •Experience (7+ years) in commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company
• •Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• •Experience in leading project teams
• •Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data enabled solutions
• •Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making
• •Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• •Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• •Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
• •Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
