Experience Requirements:

Total ICT Experience: 7–12 Years (Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, or Solution Architecture).

Domain Expertise: 7+ Years of hands-on or architectural experience spanning VoIP/Telecommunications (OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Kamailio, Cisco, Avaya, Ribbon), Network Routing & Switching, Network Security, Cloud and DevOps methodologies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and engineers; qualify technical leads, construct detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and bridge Business/Solution Analyst and Solution Architect capabilities on complex multi-domain initiatives.
  • Requirements Gathering & Architectural Visualization: Facilitate interactive discovery sessions to define clear BRDs and FRDs. Design and map complex network, security, cloud, and VoIP user journeys and system architectures for client solutions.
  • End-to-End Solution Lifecycle: Manage smooth handoffs from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales delivery, driving alignment across Real Time Communication Platform development teams with client vision.
  • Market & Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging trends in Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security, VoIP, and AI/ML ; prepare competitive matrix analysis and advise clients on value-driven technical choices.
  • Stakeholder Management & Storytelling: Serve as the primary technical interface for executive stakeholders, internal SMEs, and client leadership. Present complex solutions clearly and compellingly through storytelling and visual aids.
  • Solution Assets & Demos: Build compelling presentation decks, architectural diagrams, solution demos, and call flow/network scripts for technical and business audiences.

Technical & Functional Competencies:

  • Telecommunications & VoIP: Deep expertise in SIP, IP-PBX, SBCs, Softswitches, Contact Centers, and WebRTC integration.
  • Networking & Security: Should have appropriate knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS), Firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Security, and Network Infrastructure defense.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps tools.
  • Agile & Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, QuickScrum, or similar Agile tools for backlog management and Sprint planning.
  • Diagramming & Visualization: Mastery of MS Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or AI-assisted visualization tools for architecture and process mapping.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders effectively.
